A standard supervision package may, for example, include:

• Fixed price depending on the size of the property
• Inspection 2 times per month
• Extra supervision during storms
• Get a pool manager, gardener and possibly a cleaning assistant and check that they carry out the tasks.
• Take in mail
• Checking drains and taps
• Check if the property is susceptible to pests
• Aeration
• Report from each visit with any recommendations on which professionals should be contacted

 

Additional services:

• Additional services with an agreed price, such as follow-up by professionals during renovations, maintenance, etc.
• Multiple monthly visits can be arranged according to your wishes.
